Biodiesel and its raw materials

Biodiesel is meant to be used in standard diesel engines and is thus distinct from the vegetable and waste oils used to fuel converted diesel engines. Biodiesel can be used alone, or blended with petrodiesel. Biodiesel can also be used as a low carbon alternative to heating oil.

The raw materials that Trade Infinity are sourcing for including Crude Sunflower Seed Oil, Refined Sunflower Seed Oil, Colza Oil, High FFA Crude Palm Oil, Refined Palm Oil and Palm Almond.

LETTER OF INTENTION

We, Trade Infinity International Limited, confirm that we are ready, willing and able to buy the goods in accordance with the requirements detailed in this document as a mandate on behalf of our clients. This letter of intention is subject to final approval and agreement by Seller and Buyer and all the terms and conditions herein, as well as the subsequent Contract of Sale including any amendments or variants thereof, must be produced in writing and signed by both parties hereto.

All subjected to refining winterisation and complete to European standards. Complete SGS certificate from previous batches must be provided with FCO. We will expect to visit factory. Below are the minimum quantities we are looking to source.

Condition

DURATION: At least 12 months with rollover and extension (contract one year renewable option)

QUANTITY: Metric tons for at least 12 months with rollover and extension

PRICE: USD (UNITED STATES DOLLARS) and prices includes ISCC in price

PAYMENT: 100% irrevocable and nontransferable letter of credit (L/C) at sight LC drawn dwon against documents such as: COO, COA. COW, Commercial invoice, B/L, etc. which confirmed by benficiary bank before vessel leaves the loading port

SURVEYOR: SGS geoservices (or similar at seller's expense)

PACKAGING: Bulk

LOADING PORT: FOB Any safety port
